We are also an accredited Out of Home Care Provider, with services to support safe, stable and nurturing homes, for children and young people who are vulnerable, so they can reach their full potential.

The Jigsaw Metaphor
In our journey as a progressive organisation, the design of our new Organisation Chart was approached with a forward-thinking perspective. Opting for a jigsaw puzzle metaphor, the aim was to illustrate the interconnectedness, unity, and significance of each team member's contribution to the larger organisational picture. Each section of the organisation is distinguished by a unique colour, symbolising the diverse skill sets that collectively form our team culture.
Just as assembling a great puzzle demands vision, foresight, and patience, building a strong team requires deliberate effort and consideration. It's a process that cannot be rushed, as finding individuals who align with our company's values and qualities takes time.
Similar to how missing pieces in a jigsaw puzzle impede the completion of the picture, a team's success may be compromised by the absence of diverse and complementary skill sets. Recognising and valuing the unique qualities each team member brings ensures inclusivity as we navigate our growth journey together, striving to support our communities in increasingly meaningful ways.
