Thank you for your involvement in our IWD Event and supporting sick kids and their families!

Integrity 4 Life, Big Brown House, and The Gray Area extend a heartfelt thanks for your participation in our International Women's Day Event with Newcastle Basketball. Together, we celebrated and empowered Women in Sport whilst supporting sick children and their families at Ronald McDonald House, NNSW.

The morning was a huge success thank you to the generosity of local businesses, our inspiring guest speakers and the enthusiasm from all who attended.

Together we celebrated, empower and supported the community and raised over $3,800 to give back to the children staying at RMHC, NNSW. The funds collected from the BBH/I4L/The Gray Area and Newcastle Basketball IWD Event have facilitated over 260 visits for local families to any of our three Family Rooms situated within John Hunter Children’s Hospital and Gosford Hospital. These rooms offer a comforting and homely environment where families can momentarily escape the challenges of hospital life, allowing them to recharge, regroup, and concentrate on their child’s healing journey. We hope that subsequently we have also laid the foundation for future endeavours, including offering sporting opportunities on their road to recovery.
