Our Services
Big Brown House is a community-based organisation supporting families and the community throughout NSW, including the regional areas of Orange and Bathurst.
Big Brown House is also an accredited Out of Home Care Provider, providing a range of services to support safe, stable and nurturing homes, for children and young people who are vulnerable, so they can reach their full potential.
Each day our therapeutic and quality services provide every opportunity for children, families and communities to connect and thrive.
Our Team
Our trained and experienced Therapeutic Support Workers and Family Time Supervisors support parents and families to develop and maintain healthy, safe and connected relationships.
All our trained workers hold the following qualifications and training to provide the best in service and support:
Verified Working with Children Check
Current National Police Check
Comprehensive Orientation Training
Trained in strategies for managing trauma
TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention)
Cultural Competency Training
First Aid Certificate
